Disclaimer: All orders and payments for Dropbox Yearly services ("Dropbox Yearly Services") are non-cancellable and non-refundable during the initial term and any renewal term. Dropbox Yearly Services are billed annually and cannot be cancelled prior to renewal. Once Dropbox Yearly Services are added for additional users, the quantity cannot be decreased or reduced. Dropbox Yearly Services will be renewed for an additional 12-month term unless notice of non-renewal is received between 30 days and 5 days prior to the renewal date. Dropbox Monthly Services are billed once a month for a 12-month term and cannot be cancelled prior to renewal period. Renewal period is 30 days prior to the automatic renewal date. Before automatic renewal of Dropbox Monthly Services, the services can be cancelled between 30 days and 5 days prior to the renewal date. Any service not cancelled will automatically renew for 12 months. Once Dropbox Services are added for additional users, the Dropbox Service will be billed for the remainder of the then current term.
